Our client is a custom print solutions company that takes a consultative approach to helping customers achieve their marketing goals. They are committed to delivering tailored print solutions that align with each client's unique needs and produce exceptional results.

• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 Customer Service Representatives.
• Meet with customers to understand project requirements and establish priorities.
• Coordinate projects with production, project management, and quality control teams.
• Assist with job scheduling as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product recommendations and project updates.
• Create work orders and convert completed orders into invoices using management software.
• Understand offset, digital, and wide-format printing processes, as well as paper stocks and finishing options.
• Utilize Technique Print ERP software (experience preferred).
• Support estimating and job planning activities when needed.
• Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  
  Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company with excellence.

• 5–7 years of experience in offset printing.
• Previous experience managing a customer service team.
• College degree required.
• Prior customer service or print production experience.
• Experience with Technique Print ERP software is preferred.
• Estimating and job planning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
