We're a growing company with a close-knit team, and we're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to learn, take on responsibility, and build a long-term career in construction.

This is more than a support position. You'll work directly with experienced Project Managers, gain office and job-site experience
, and learn the full project lifecycle—from estimating and preconstruction through completion.

Our goal is to develop the right person into a Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from start to finish.

• Assist with bids, estimates, budgets, schedules, and takeoffs
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and field personnel
• Visit job sites and monitor project progress, quality, and needs
• Track budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders
• Support Project Managers with daily project execution
• Help identify problems and improve project efficiency
• Take on increasing responsibility as you grow

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Construction experience or internship is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bluebeam, Building Connected, or Quick Books experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative
• Strong work ethic and genuine interest in commercial construction
• $70,000–$105,000/year
• Weekly pay
• Up to 120 hours PTO annually
