We're a growing company with a close-knit team, and we're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to learn, take on responsibility, and build a long-term career in construction.

Our goal is to develop the right person into a Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do- Assist with bids, estimates, budgets, schedules, and takeoffs
- Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and field personnel
- Visit job sites and monitor project progress, quality, and needs
- Track budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders
- Support Project Managers with daily project execution
- Help identify problems and improve project efficiency
- Take on increasing responsibility as you grow
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Construction experience or internship is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bluebeam, Building Connected, or Quick Books experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative
- Strong work ethic and genuine interest in commercial construction
- $70,000–$105,000/year
- Weekly pay
- Up to 120 hours PTO annually
