We're looking for an Operations & Finance Manager to oversee finance, payroll, invoicing, compliance and day-to-day office operations. You'll play a key role in supporting business performance while ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

You'll bring:

• Experience in finance, accounting or office management within construction or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bookkeeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with compliance documentation and client administration.
