** What you'll do:**  

The Person al Trainer builds the program activities and provide enjoyable fitness programs to members and non-members of all fitness levels in accordance with safe exercise guidelines

+ Designs and implements safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness programs that will meet the unique needs and wants of each member.

+ Plans and instructs individuals, small groups, or classes with a personalized approach following Center standards and guidelines.

+ Contact members regularly to follow-up on the progression of their fitness program.

+ Keeps accurate records of members' progress.

+ Discusses and promotes all Center programs.  Motivates members to commit to long term participation.

+ Ensures safe and effective workouts.  Responds to and reports accidents, incidents, and equipment problems.

** What you'll need for this job:**

** Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field - preferred.

** 1 year of previous personal training exercise experience required

** Licensure/

Certifications:

** Personal Training certification (IDEA, ACE, AEA, AFFA or other creditable group exercise certification).

+ CPR Certification (American Heart Association)

** Compensation:**  

Pay Range: $29.70

_Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
