Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• Communicate / serve as the single point of contact for the network and clients regarding shipment status
• Ensure milestones are up to date in the systems
• Ensure exception codes are entered
• Act as Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for High Tech Accounts
• Work hand in hand with the operation
• Give visibility to account management (KAM and OKAM) at all times
