Job Summary

Oversees all manufacturing, engineering, production, repair, maintenance, planning, quality, and health & safety operations within a single plant.

• Oversee all manufacturing, engineering, and production processes within a plant for efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the Manufacturing Engineering team to optimize production processes and implement innovative techniques.
• Supervise Manufacturing Production Operations for timely and cost‑effective production of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Coordinate Manufacturing Repair & maintenance Operations to maintain equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality by implementing rigorous control measures and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Prioritize environmental and employee health & safety by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
