World Contract Logistics is a global supply chain solutions provider headquartered in Melrose Park, IL. The Operations Supervisor will lead operations at this facility.

• A Crew
  - Day Shift: 6 AM to 6 PM, Week 1 Sunday–Wednesday, Week 2 Sunday–Wednesday
• B Crew
  - Day Shift: 6 AM to 6 PM, Week 1 Thursday–Saturday, Week 2 Wednesday–Saturday
• C Crew
  - Night Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM, Week 1 Sunday–Wednesday, Week 2 Sunday–Wednesday
• D Crew
  - Night Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM, Week 1 Thursday–Saturday, Week 2 Wednesday–Saturday

• Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate performance of team members; ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Monitor and measure team performance for accuracy and document daily production metrics.
• Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
• Ensure compliance with processes, work instructions, standard work, and work elements.
• Liaise with the materials department to ensure on‑time receipt and shipment of material.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising in an automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain/logistics facility.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience or training in Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, and Lean Methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems sufficient to monitor staff performance and costs (time‑keeping, quality, productivity, etc.).

Competitive salary range: $67,400 to $77,000, paid bi‑weekly, with potential annual bonus payable in April. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with up to 4% company match, paid time off, basic life and AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability insurance, and additional voluntary and supplemental options.
