SIG Group in Northlake, IL is seeking a Pouch Machine Operator - Level 1 to visually inspect, remove defects, and pack bags for shipment while supporting lean processes to maximize safety, quality, and OEE.
You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, perform basic 5S housekeeping, read product specs, and assist with line setups and Kaizen documentation to sustain continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.
