Position: Admin Assistant (Manufacturing)
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Req 19409 Production Assistant (Manufacture Assistant) - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Req 19409 Production Assistant (Manufacture Assistant) - 1st Shift, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 8am - 5pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide high-level administrative support by inputting information into the computer system and completing various reports.

+ Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and supporting other department positions.

+ Assist with shipping processes, including preparing bills of lading, labels, and shipping paperwork for outbound loads.

+ Manage records, maintain logs, and track incoming raw and finished goods for reporting purposes.

+ Communicate regularly with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations and support department goals.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

+ Three to five years of experience in administrative responsibilities.

+ Proficiency in Word and Excel at an intermediate level.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
