Component Prep Operator Overnight Shifts

Job Summary

Hourly rate: $19.91 per hour with an overnight shift differential of $1.75 per hour.

• Process components and equipment to support sterile product filling.
• Perform production prep activities including washing, depyrogenation, and sterilization of components.
• Operate manual and automated production equipment.
• Complete production documentation such as log books and batch records in accordance with quality and cGMP requirements.
• Ensure all work is performed and documented in accordance with company policies, procedures (SOPs), cGMPs, and health and safety requirements.
• Take team ownership of assignments and follow directions.
• Stand or lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.
• Perform sanitization of the component preparation area.
• Operate a manual or electric pallet lift.
• Learn and become competent in other core skills related to the department.
• Load equipment and components into depyrogenation ovens.
• Wash machine parts and equipment from fill lines.
• Process stoppers by washing, siliconizing, and sterilization.
• Operate steam sterilizers.
• Complete water analysis testing after cleaning.
• Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with company documents, programs, and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Previous machine operating or production related experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work overtime.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• English is the primary business language; ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required to perform essential functions in a heavily regulated environment.
