Packaging Operator

Pures Food Specialties LLC is seeking a Packaging Operator to support our premium nut butter production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment to safely and efficiently package finished products to specification. You will perform routine quality checks, follow GMPs and food safety procedures, and maintain accurate production records. The Packaging Operator helps keep lines running smoothly by addressing minor equipment issues, keeping the work area clean, and collaborating with team members to meet production and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines for nut butter and related products
• Ensure correct packaging materials, labels, and codes are used per production specifications
• Perform quality checks on packaged product for weight, seal integrity, and appearance
• Follow GMPs, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
• Accurately record production data, lot numbers, and downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet production goals
