Pures Food Specialties LLC, a premium nut butter manufacturer, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations. This role oversees line staff, schedules production, and ensures adherence to food safety, GMPs, and quality standards. The supervisor monitors output, minimizes downtime, and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include training and coaching operators, enforcing safety procedures, coordinating with QA and maintenance, and maintaining accurate production records.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and company standards
- Schedule labor and production runs to optimize line efficiency and minimize downtime
- Train, coach, and evaluate line operators and production staff
- Monitor KPIs, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production, waste, and downtime records
- Drive continuous improvement and 5
- S initiatives on the production floor
- Enforce safety policies and support a strong safety culture
- Support implementation of new processes, equipment, and product runs
