Early Morning Weekend Shift. The days and hours are Friday - Monday, 200AM – 1200PM.

As a Maintenance Lead you’ll work with the Maintenance team to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and installation, fulfilment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs in a timely fashion. You’ll follow good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations. • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery
• Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic steam, pneumatic equipment
• Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipment
• Building maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery such as extruders, mixers, conveyors, and metal detectors
• Repair and assess electrical issues as they arise

• 5-10 years of maintenance mechanic experience, in the food industrial and/or bakery work environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required;
  Apprenticeship or applicable certifications preferred
• Possess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all of the following
• Stainless Steel Welding/Fabrication
• Experience in high-speed packaging, welding, refrigeration (ammonia) and mechanical power transmission
• Experience with and ability to use all types of welding, cutting, machine, and hand tools
• PLC’s (Programmable logic controllers)
• Strong Electrical experience
• Process control instrumentation
• Process equipment
• Personal Computing

The pay rate for this position is $38.18 per hour.
