Elevate Your Welding Career A premier metal manufacturer in Elk Grove Village is expanding! We are looking for precision-focused Aluminum Welders proficient in both MIG and TIG processes. If you have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic, we want to talk to you.

We are currently hiring for 2nd Shifts to meet our production goals:

• 2nd shift : 2:30pm-11:00pm
  (Mon-Fri)
  • Saturdays: 12:00pm-5:00pm PM (as required)

• Experience:1+ years of professional TIG & MIG welding, specifically with Aluminum
• Precision:High attention to detail; must maintain high-quality welds within the standard production ranges to ensure "same amount" consistency across operations.
• Physical:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliability:Commitment to the scheduled shift and required overtime.

• Path to Permanent:This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a clear path to becoming a permanent employee.
