What You’ll DoThe APP will deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including patient assessments, pre‑ and post‑operative management, chronic disease follow‑up, wound care, inpatient rounding, consultations, and discharge planning. Working collaboratively with surgeons, nursing staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams, the APP will help ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care, improve access to services, and support surgical program growth. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical judgment, experience managing complex surgical patients, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care across the continuum of care.

- Minimum Education:
Master’s Degree - Minimum Experience:
3‑5 years of previous job‑related experience (Preferred: 6‑10 years) - Licensure/
Certifications:
CPR, ACLS, Current Registered Nurse License – State of Illinois (RN), Nursing Practitioner License – State of Illinois (APN), Physician Assistant License – State of Illinois (PA)
Pay Range: $109,304 - $180,336 per year. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
