Lab Technician I

Kickstart your career in pharmaceutical microbiology and quality control. This role offers hands-on experience in a regulated laboratory environment where you'll help ensure the safety and quality of products that make a difference in patients' lives.

• Perform environmental monitoring in clean rooms and manufacturing areas.
• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Use advanced microbial identification technologies, including MALDI systems.
• Support investigations, laboratory validations, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, documentation, and testing records.
• Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Technical Operations teams.

• Exposure to GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems.
• Experience with environmental monitoring, sterility testing, and microbial identification.
• Training on cutting-edge laboratory technologies and aseptic techniques.
• Opportunities to develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong foundation for future careers in Microbiology, Quality Assurance, Validation, or Manufacturing Sciences.

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Internship, research, or laboratory experience is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
