ALDI - Up to $22.50/hour - 1345 W North Ave - Responsibilities:
Supervises store personnel to ensure customer satisfaction guidelines are followed, interactions with customers and co-workers are appropriate, and store cleanliness standards are maintained;
Merchandises product neatly to maximize sale and ensures store signage and product quality are maintained;
Participates in store inventory counts and supervises adherence to inventory procedures;
Assists with product ordering as directed or in the absence of store management;
Leads peers on tasks and projects and assists in training and developing the team
