Full-Time Retail Sales – Immediate Hire – First Sale Bonus – Paid Training

• Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas within the local retailer.
• Help customers lower their energy costs by exploring options and uncovering consumer desires.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Introduce solutions with courtesy and offer assistance to all customers.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Market energy products in a retail store, kiosk, and event environments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation or kiosk.
• Accurately document and report sales, submit paperwork completely and correctly.
• Assist customers in selecting products and build confidence to facilitate purchases.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
• Maintain high customer/client satisfaction; minimize rejection percentage and substantiate complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of prior experience in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average weekly earnings between $800 and $1,000.
• First sale bonus.
• Uncapped commission on top of base pay.
