Corporate Account Executive

CDN Logistics Inc is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling truckload and LTL solutions to corporate shippers. You will prospect and qualify leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, conduct discovery calls, and develop tailored transportation proposals. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, setting pricing with operations, and ensuring a smooth handoff to customer service. You will maintain and grow key accounts, monitor performance, and identify upsell opportunities in a fast-paced, team-oriented logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate shipper relationships
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline of truckload and LTL opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer freight and supply chain needs
• Develop and present tailored transportation and logistics proposals
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with decision-makers
• Collaborate with operations to align service capabilities and pricing
• Coordinate a seamless handoff to customer service and operations for new accounts
• Monitor account performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
