Your Role:
High-Speed Automation & Troubleshooting

You will keep our automated facility running at peak performance. This role is focused on high-level troubleshooting, technical execution, and keeping advanced machinery humming.

• Advanced Electrical & PLCs:
  Diagnose and repair high-speed automated machinery, PLCs, and 3-phase power distribution systems.
• Mechanical Mastery:
  Quick-fix and overhaul pneumatic, hydraulic, and complex mechanical system failures.
• Heavy Machinery Operations:
  Service and repair heavy industrial motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and power transmission units.
• Preventative Excellence:
  Execute routine PM schedules to maximize plant safety, prevent breakdowns, and keep uptime high.
• Fabrication:
  Use your hands-on skills for structural welding and basic metal fabrication as needed on the floor.

What We Are Looking For

If you are a dependable technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows your way around automated systems, you will fit right in.

• Experience:
  
  3 to 5+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience inside a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Edge:
  Strong ability to troubleshoot PLCs and read/interpret complex electrical schematics.
• Industry Plus:
  Experience with corrugating, printing, or high-speed packaging equipment is a massive plus (but not a deal breaker!).
• Drive: A rock-solid, dependable work history and the desire to cash in on high-volume weekly production hours.
