Are you a road‑warrior looking to stay out on the road racking up the miles? Do you enjoy seeing new things and visiting with new customers every day?
Our OTR role is operating throughout the Midwest running freight with a length of haul 350+ miles. In this role, drivers would be out 5 1/2 days.
Job Highlights- 99.9% No Touch freight
- Steady, consistent & predictable customer base
- Consistent customer freight, very few brokered loads
- Personal Communication – no dispatch hold music
- Late model tractors, age of fleet
- 53’ Dry Vans, no reefers
- 2,500 – 3,500 miles per week

- Salary: $84,000- $100,000
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience, 3 years work history
- Safe Driving Record
- Must have a DOT physical on file, pass substance abuse screening, pre‑employment, and random checks.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to commit to continuous safety improvement.
- Operate according to all state and federal laws.
