Pay is $26.37/Hour to start and $29.08/Hour after the first year.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 9am start time.

Quarterly Safety Incentive bonus for all FT drivers: $250/quarter, with the potential to earn up to $1,000 annually based on eligibility.

Driving a Non CDL vehicle between customer locations to deliver and pick up freight at dock‑height. Drivers will be based at the {LOCATION} terminal.

• Drive a Non CDL vehicle safely while transporting freight between terminals
• Load and unload vehicle, either independently or with assistance of dockworkers; use mechanical freight handling equipment where available and appropriate
• Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of freight
• Secure freight through strapping or other methods as required
• Inspect the vehicle for defects and safe operating conditions as required by law and company policy
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations for the safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle
• Perform other duties as needed

• Minimum age of 21
• High school completion or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience
• Class C endorsement if in Illinois or #2 endorsement if in Indiana
• Only one valid driver’s license issued by the resident state; recent out‑of‑state transfers must provide the former license or verification information
• No record of DUI/OWI or reckless driving citations or convictions within the previous 5 years
• Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). examination and functional screen
• Consent to a pre‑employment drug screen; negative result required
• Negative controlled substances and alcohol results from prior employer(s) for the past three‑year period; no prior evidence of controlled substance use
• No refusal to submit to an alcohol or controlled substance test within the past three years, including pre‑employment testing
• Consent to a 10‑year work history check; gaps of 30 days or more must be listed and explained
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations in English
• Excellent attendance

• Grip various sized and weighted items up to 100 pounds
• Lifting up to 100 pounds from ground level to 45" or at waist level or 36"
• Front carry up to 100 pounds for 250 feet
• Push/pull up to 60 pounds of horizontal force
• Sitting up to 10 hours per day
• Standing and walking frequently; climbing, squatting, crouching, balancing, or kneeling occasionally; crawling rarely
• Reaching and grasping frequently while loading, unloading, moving freight, and operating the trailer
• Use vision constantly, smell occasionally to check for leaks, hearing frequently to listen for unusual sounds or warnings
• May be exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, or wetness; dust, gas, fumes, or chemicals
