Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Are you an experienced Warehouse Clerk with strong administrative and computer skills? We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and logistics operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position combines warehouse administration, data entry, and customer service responsibilities to help keep freight and inventory moving efficiently.

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Additional logistics, inventory, or warehouse administration experience is a plus

Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Warehouse Clerk experience required Strong administrative and data entry skills Proficient with spreadsheets, warehouse systems, and computer applications Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and exceptional attendance Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and warehouse personnel

Job Duties Enter freight information into customer warehouse management systems Coordinate shipments and communication with drivers Prepare shipping paperwork and supporting documentation Perform data entry and maintain accurate spreadsheet records Track customer orders, freight movement, and shipment status Provide warehouse administrative support for daily operations Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records Assist with logistics and documentation processes as assigned Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and team members Support warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and accuracy

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
