Warehouse ClerkJob Duties
Enter freight and shipment information into customer WMS systems. Prepare shipping documents, paperwork, and shipment records. Track orders, deliveries, and shipment status updates. Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to support daily operations. Perform data entry using spreadsheets and warehouse systems. Provide administrative support for warehouse activities. Maintain accurate records and assist with logistics coordination.
Warehouse Clerk RequirementsPrevious warehouse administration, logistics, or clerical experience preferred. Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and spreadsheets. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment; steel-toe boots/shoes required. Flexible availability to work adjusted hours as needed.
