Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Forklift certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification upon hire. Additional warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is a plus.

Experience Requirements 1+ years of sit-down forklift operating experience required. Experience handling air freight shipments required. Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution center, freight terminal, or logistics environment. Cross-dock warehouse experience is preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, freight handling, and inventory movement.

Physical Capabilities Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift. Comfortable working around large freight, loading docks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Job Duties Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage freight safely and efficiently. Receive, sort, break down, and organize incoming air freight shipments. Handle large and oversized "big box" freight while ensuring product integrity. Support cross-dock operations by transferring freight between inbound and outbound shipments. Verify shipment accuracy and inspect freight for damage or discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Follow company safety policies, operating procedures, and productivity standards.
