Now hiring for a Material Handler
Location: Melrose Park, IL
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule Options: Monday – Friday plus overtime
- 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7 AM – 3:30 PM
- 12 PM – 8:30 PM
Must be available to work 12-hour shifts during the first 3 weeks of employment.
No Clock watchers. Just Movers, Stackers, and Go-Getters.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements:
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, or material handling experience is helpful but not required.
Job Duties:
- Build boxes, shrink wrap products, and apply labels
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Push and pull skids using a manual pallet jack
- Operate balers and compactors for recyclable and waste materials
- Load materials into baling and compacting equipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, kitting, assembly, and packaging tasks
- Perform general housekeeping, trash removal, and warehouse maintenance
- Sort, stage, replenish, and prepare products for shipment
- Support loading and unloading of trailers and warehouse operations
Physical Capabilities:
- Lift 50-75 lbs. occasionally
- Stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift
- Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy warehouse environments
- Comfortable working around forklifts, trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain active throughout the workday

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
