The Hub Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Melrose Park, IL, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the local warehouse and sorting center. This role manages end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, inventory management, staging, loading, unloading, and outbound package flow to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution of daily operations. Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and position level.

The pay range is $80,000-$150,000 per year.

• Oversee daily warehouse and sorting center operations, including receiving, sorting, inventory management, staging, loading, unloading, and outbound package flow.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline associates by managing staffing, scheduling, performance, coaching, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, operational KPIs, and service quality to ensure daily performance targets are achieved.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety standards while maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support efficient warehouse operations and business growth.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Analyze operational data, prepare performance reports, and utilize data-driven insights to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and service escalations promptly to minimize business disruptions and maintain high service standards.
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management to meet changing business demands and peak operational periods.

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising warehouse associates, organizing staffing plans, coaching employees, and building high-performing operational teams.
• Extensive experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution center, fulfillment, or sorting center operations. We value proven operational leadership and hands-on experience more than a specific number of years.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, sorting, staging, loading, unloading, and outbound logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) is preferred.
