Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Job Overview
Operating complex machinery via HMI interfaces to ensure precise control over production parameters. Responsible for executing comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) and end‑to‑end equipment changeovers to maximize uptime and machine longevity.
Core Responsibilities- Operate complex machinery using HMI interfaces.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and equipment changeovers.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and implement sustainable solutions.
- Use CMMS (IBM Maximo) to manage work orders, parts procurement, and asset history documentation.
- Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to maintain a zero‑incident work environment.
- Comply with cGMP and GDP to ensure product integrity and audit readiness.
- Maintain excellent attendance and flexibility to support diverse business areas.
- Identify and lead line‑side improvement projects to reduce scrap and prevent deviations.
- Experience operating complex machinery via HMI interfaces.
- Proficiency in Preventative Maintenance and equipment changeovers.
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
- Knowledge of CMMS (IBM Maximo) and related work order management.
- Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and EH&S/BBS programs.
- Understanding of cGMP and GDP guidelines.
- Self‑motivated with excellent attendance record.
- Willingness to support diverse business areas and lead improvement initiatives.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.75 to $37.75
. The exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget, and may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the position may be eligible for a highly competitive bonus program.
