Technician, Field Svc - Brooklyn​/Queens

This position is based in the Brooklyn/Queens territory.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with accurate documentation and record‑keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, and on‑site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Ensure the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve branch/district overall metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period plus the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel as required.
• Must obtain any security or customer clearances required to enter customer premises.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
• Compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID‑19 vaccination and other related measures.

Hourly wage: $19.00 – $25.49.
