The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine repairs and maintenance of Kroc buildings and equipment;
Repair minor plumbing including leaking faucets, clogged drains and toilets;
Repair and maintain electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, lights, motors, and other equipment;
Miscellaneous site/building repairs; floors, walls, ceiling tile, site drainage, painting;
Monitors vehicles and performs services; checks fluid levels; checks tires and services frequently
