Maintenance Tech
Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities- Perform on-site preventative maintenance for robots and charging stations.
- Troubleshoot and execute onsite repairs, including preparation and necessary equipment management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist customers with handling non‑hardware related escalations onsite.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during visits.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in manufacturing facilities or other environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role.
- Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred, though experience and aptitude are considered.
- Prefer 1 year plus experience in a hands‑on technical role.
- Familiar with basic electrical and electronic schematics is highly advantageous.
- Proficient with mechanical tools, meters, and electrical testing equipment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Reliable independent transportation to/from work locations throughout the market.
- Access to a smartphone and/or PC to complete training and onboarding period (first 30 days of assignment).
