Job Title:
Bilingual Custodial Associate
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment while ensuring safety and organization. The ideal candidate will have previous custodial or janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned areas including production floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces regularly
- Remove trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Restock cleaning supplies and report low inventory as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Respond to spills or cleaning requests in a timely manner
- Support team members and facility operations to ensure overall cleanliness standards are met
- Follow all company safety guidelines and site expectations
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and flexibility as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to read and speak English fluently
- Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
