BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at an apartment community in Memphis, TN (38127). This role is ideal for a skilled technician with leadership abilities who can oversee a team, manage work orders, and ensure the property is well‑maintained and resident‑ready.

Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of work orders

* Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances

* Manage unit turns and make‑ready schedules

* Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections

* Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment

* Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

* Communicate effectively with property management and residents

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician required

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

* EPA certification preferred

* Ability to lead a team and manage daily workflow

* Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

* Strong communication and customer‑service skills
