We're looking for a dependable Lead Custodian to support daily cleaning operations at a local school in Memphis. This position works alongside custodial staff while helping coordinate daily activities, reinforce quality standards, and support communication between the cleaning team and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties
• Help ensure assigned areas meet quality standards
• Assist with training and supporting team members
• Reinforce daily work assignments and procedures
