BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician for a residential community in Memphis, TN 38134. This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment turn or maintenance experience who is ready to start immediately

Responsibilities:

* Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (make-readies/turns)

* Perform basic repairs including painting, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and electrical

* Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed

* Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to occupancy

* Maintain cleanliness of units and work areas

* Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred

* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
