The Position

In the context of the retirement of our current team leader, the Fouré Lagadec agency, based in Villard-Bonnot, is recruiting a Mechanic Team Leader (H/F).

Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, your missions will be the following:

• Supervise and motivate a team to ensure the proper completion of work in the workshop or on site
• Organize and coordinate the work of your team on the field
• Perform necessary work and checks on site
• Establish a diagnosis and propose repair solutions
• Replace or repair defective elements or assemblies
• Conduct functional tests and trials
• Fill out intervention follow-up documents
• Transmit operational instructions
• Intervene directly on site to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of operations carried out
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and quality standards of the client and Fouré Lagadec

The Profile

With a technical background, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector. You are able to read and interpret plans and operating procedures.

You ideally have knowledge in the maintenance of rotating machines, piping, and locksmithing, and you can diagnose breakdowns while recommending appropriate repairs.

Independent, versatile, you are a force of proposal in decision-making.

You have good communication skills and ensure compliance with safety rules.
