Cleaning Services, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Janitor
Winn Companies is looking for an organized Cleaner to join our military team in Fort Campbell, KY. The role involves performing cleaning functions in homes, community offices, and common areas as necessary. The candidate will provide training, direction, and guidance, implement best practices, and ensure that properly approved chemicals are used in properly labeled containers.
Location:
This position is located at a federal facility. A REAL driver’s license/, effective May 7, 2025, is required for access.
- Schedule and conduct thorough cleaning of entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
- Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
- Carry and maintain all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions.
- Perform quality‑control checks on cleaning teams to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
- Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day‑to‑day activities of the cleaning team.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and direction to cleaning team members.
- Work as a member of a team with new associates to train on best practices and meet deadlines and performance standards.
- May be responsible for other common‑area cleaning, including trash pickup, dog‑waste station, and community trash removal.
- Currently enrolled in a high school program.
- Less than one year of relevant work experience.
- A current driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet the driving‑records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Excellent customer‑service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to understand spoken and written English.
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
