Overview
Opus East Memphis is an award-winning senior living community in Memphis, TN. Opus East Memphis offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options on a campus with luxury amenities and an active lifestyle. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight for the overall physical buildings and property, safety program, preventative maintenance plan, and building repairs.
- Directly supervise, motivate, and encourage employees in Maintenance and Housekeeping.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.
- Prior experience with electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is an added benefit.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Valued member of the community's leadership team.
