Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Hiring part time cleaners who are self-directed and driven, preferably with a good attitude.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

We service Midtown, East Memphis, Bartlett, Germantown, Collierville, and certain places in Mississippi.

Normal pay is $21/hour plus tips; deep cleans and move out cleans pay $25/hour plus tips. Pays weekly through Venmo or Cashapp.

This is a 1099 subcontracting job and I will not be taking taxes out.

At this moment I am offering 15/22 hours, and if all goes well those hours can increase depending on what the cleaner decides.

This is a very physically demanding job but it’s lowkey with an emphasis on peace.

We are extremely detailed, we clean things most cleaning companies do not.

You will be trained thoroughly; training starts at $17/hr for 2 weeks as a trial period and then up to regular pay after that.

I provided everything you will be using for work besides liquids and vacuum bags. Cleaning companies usually make you spend $$$ on your own supplies but that is not the case here + I pay better than most cleaning companies are willing.

You will be asked to partake in a background check.
