Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Maintenance Manager
As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you’ll serve as the technical backbone and team captain of our client's maintenance operations. Balancing expert hands‑on troubleshooting with daily crew leadership, you will keep our equipment running safely and at peak efficiency. From driving preventive maintenance strategies to mentoring technicians and solving complex mechanical puzzles, your work will directly impact the operational success and team safety.
salary: $70,720 - $74,880 per year

- Steer daily maintenance activities, overseeing cross-disciplinary repairs across mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems.
- Streamline workflow management by assigning work orders and holding the team accountable for quality and turnaround times.
- Champion equipment reliability, driving rapid breakdown response to safeguard production targets.
- Institutionalize preventive maintenance (PM) framework to transition from reactive to proactive operations.
- Build high-performing teams through continuous technical training, mentoring, and safety advocacy.
- Leverage CMMS data to track operational metrics, document assets, and drive data‑backed decision-making.
- Co‑lead facility and capital initiatives, ensuring smooth integration of new machinery and infrastructure.
- Foster cross‑departmental synergy with engineering and production to eliminate root causes of failure.
- Uphold regulatory compliance, maintaining a zero‑compromise safety culture and environmental standard.
- Strategically manage inventory, balancing critical spare parts stock with cost‑effective purchasing.
- Work between Memphis and West Memphis locations.
