IMAQ Resources, LLC seeks a Facility Coordinator to support the Facility Manager in the operation, maintenance, and administration of IRS facilities. This role ensures facility operations are safe, compliant with IRS policies, regulations, and building codes.
As the primary liaison among IRS personnel, vendors, landlords, and occupants, you will coordinate maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, monitor contractor performance, and help maintain a secure, mission-ready workplace.
