• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new move ins
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas offices and amenity spaces
• Restock and manage custodial supplies and cleaning equipment
• Maintain tools equipment and assigned work areas
• Provide prompt professional service to residents and onsite staff
• Follow all OSHA EPA and Fair Housing safety guidelines and procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred multifamily hotel or commercial a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to walk the property and work outdoors as needed
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working around cleaning supplies equipment and related environmental elements
• Reliable detail oriented and team focused
