• Perform repairs and maintenance across all major vehicle systems.
• Test-drive vehicles and accurately diagnose issues before work begins.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors on any additional repairs needed.
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards, every time.

• Average earning potential of $80,000–$120,000+ per year — top industry pay, plus tenure bonuses.

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE certifications or B-level qualifications preferred.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and a learning mindset.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
