Open Arms Care is seeking a Part Time Painter/Maintenance Specialist in Memphis, TN. You will provide maintenance support for group homes, day program service buildings and the supporting office, performing preventative maintenance and ensuring inspections are completed in compliance with federal, state and local guidelines.
The role requires ability to manage safety, assist with minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC), oversee vehicle maintenance, and help prepare for events.
