HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Building Maintenance
Performs routine maintenance and repairs on major equipment. Assist plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Refrigeration Technicians, and Stationary Engineers with major repairs and equipment replacement. The incumbent of this position will contribute to a positive patient experience by anticipating needs, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering confidence in the care provided.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on major equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Assist plumbers with maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement projects.
- Support HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians during major repairs and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with Stationary Engineers on equipment replacement and other maintenance activities.

3 years of experience working for a mechanical or general contractor, or an experience in a commercial or hospital service environment.
