Porter​/Cleaner​/Light Maintenance Tech

In this role, you will ensure our buildings are tidy, well-maintained, and welcoming, reflecting the high standards of our vibrant communities. This position requires a combination of cleaning, light maintenance tasks, and customer service, supporting our mission to enhance resident satisfaction and community integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and garbage disposal across various properties.
• Carry out light maintenance duties including changing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, and assisting with painting and carpentry.
• Inspect properties regularly for cleanliness and any necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance staff to report major repair needs and safety hazards.
• Assist in the preparation of units for new residents, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Engage with residents to address and promptly resolve any cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
