• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• No prior experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders/stairs, working at heights, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and working in confined spaces
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and environments with high dust levels
• Ability to use appropriate PPE and pass required testing (FRA and DOT, where applicable)
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and complete documentation accurately

• 1 year of experience working in an industrial environment with a dependable work record
