Job Skills / RequirementsWe're looking for a dependable Lead Custodian to support daily cleaning operations at a local school in Memphis. This position works alongside custodial staff while helping coordinate daily activities, reinforce quality standards, and support communication between the cleaning team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties
- Help ensure assigned areas meet quality standards
- Assist with training and supporting team members
