Start Date   09/11/2026## Overview Salary Range $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly## Description The Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance, repair, and general facility upkeep to support a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for employees, guests, and facility operations. The position assists with monitoring building systems, preventive maintenance, service requests, inspections, repairs, and operational needs throughout the facility.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Report to work on time and maintain a consistent workflow.
* Monitor and inspect building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, using established operating procedures.
* Stay informed of changes to facility and space assignments through effective communication.
* Maintain clean, safe, and functional work areas, tools, and equipment.
* Monitor and track service requests and preventive maintenance work performed.
* Communicate inventory needs for tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to the Operations Manager.
* Respond appropriately to emergencies and urgent facility issues.
* Conduct routine property inspections and report safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the Operations Manager.
* Investigate and assist with resolving operational problems and complaints.
* Follow MMG policies, procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of three (3) years of relevant maintenance experience in a commercial and/or residential environment.
* Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends based on event and operational needs.
* Basic knowledge of heating, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, welding, door hardware, painting, carpentry, and landscape maintenance.
* Experience with boilers, pumps, and chillers is highly valued.
* Knowledge of maintenance management software such as MaintainX, eMaint, and Field Pulse preferred.
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and word-processing applications.
* Relevant vocational training or certifications, such as OSHA 10, EPA, Construction Safety II, or plumbing certification, are preferred.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment and initiative.
* Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing operational needs.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
* Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and others encountered in the course of work.
* Ability to safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts, as applicable.
* Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking and standing, physical activity associated with facility and event operations, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
* Must use required personal protective equipment and follow applicable lockout/tagout procedures.
