MRINetwork is seeking a Maintenance Manager who can lead both preventive and reactive maintenance on extrusion and downstream systems, keeping production safe and reliable. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive the CMMS improvements, coach technicians, and coordinate with engineering and vendors to minimize downtime.
This role offers ownership on the floor, exposure to capital planning, and growth toward Plant Management within 2–3 years.
